STEP 1: QUOTE REQUEST

Contact FROU FROU^® jewellery expert to receive a complimentary price quote, who will first get an idea of what you’re envisioning and review the overall style of the jewellery based on your design concept, precious metal, gemstones, and ring size. Our custom-made gold engagement ring starts from $450 USD and our wedding band set starts from $900 USD. We also provide complimentary worldwide shipping with insurance.

STEP 2: EDUCATION

Consult FROU FROU^® Diamond Expert or Gemologist for invaluable insider’s knowledge on how to buy diamond and precious gem. We hold on to our virtue to provide honest advice and guidance from start to finish to ensure you get the best ring that fits your price point.

STEP 3: CONCEPT

Our jewellery designers will take your ideas, drawings and images and work together with you to create a design concept. Once your design has been finalized and an order placed, we will then create a 3D or hand-sketched design, if necessary to send to you for approval or request modifications before the jewelry crafting is executed.

STEP 4: PRICE POINT & QUOTATION

Owning your own one-of-a-kind piece seems like a luxury. But with FROU FROU^®, you could now own a custom piece at a truly reasonable price. There are two ways we could convey the price quotation for your approval prior to order confirmation:

• Forward: Once your design and gemstone have been finalized, we will work out a price quotation.
• Backward: Based on your desired price point, we will shortlist several design and gemstone options which at the same time also fulfilling certain of your gemstone specs.

STEP 5: WORKSHOP & FINISHED PIECE

Upon your final approval, your custom order will be sent to the workshop for production.

STEP 6: DELIVERY

The whole custom made jewellery process takes anywhere from an average 6-8 weeks depending on the size and detail of your item. Once it’s ready, arrangements will be made for collection or delivery to selected locations.
